  • 1 pound salmon fillet skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For Serving
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Season the salmon pieces with salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the salmon pieces and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Transfer the cooked salmon to a plate.
  7. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  8. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  9. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens.
  10. Return the salmon bites to the skillet.
  11. Toss gently until the salmon is evenly coated in the honey garlic sauce.
  12. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  13. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  14. Serve immediately.
